Frequently asked questions

Are there commissions on sales?

No. Unlike platforms like Shopify, your shop runs on our stack: you pay the fee and that's it, with no percentage on sales. The only remaining charges are the payment gateway fees (Stripe/PayPal), which go to them, not to us.

Can I start with fewer than 50 products?

Of course. The limit is the maximum included in the price; it's common to start with 10-20 products and add more over time. Beyond 50, it's time to consider Shop Pro.

Can I move from Shop Base to Shop Pro in the future?

Yes, the transition is smooth: same stack, same data. The upgrade costs the difference in list price plus any re-design work if we redesign the interface.
