Hosting, maintenance and support are included in the fee.

Can I exceed 500 products?

Yes, the limit is soft. Beyond 500 products we assess together whether the architecture holds up performance-wise or whether it's worth moving to the custom e-commerce version.

What technology is Shop Pro built on?

On our proprietary stack: Medusa as the e-commerce engine + Next.js frontend. It's headless, fast, and we host it. No third-party platforms, no commissions on sales, no servers for you to manage.

Are hosting and support included?

Yes, they're included in the fee for the entire term: updates, monitoring, backups, small changes and support. In the buyout version, by contrast, the site is yours and hosting/maintenance is a separate optional service.
