Medical practice
A compliant website for medical and dental practices
The healthcare sector has specific constraints: Italian law (art. 1 §525 L. 145/2018 and Decree-Law 69/2023 converted into L. 103/2023) severely limits healthcare advertising — only informational communication is allowed, while promotional, comparative or suggestive messages are prohibited. The FNOMCeO guidelines require editorial consistency, and healthcare GDPR (art. 9 Reg. EU 2016/679) demands an explicit legal basis for processing patient data. We build sites compliant with these rules, with secure online booking (MioDottore or native), informational service pages, team profiles with credentials and registration board number, a cookie banner with granular consent, and transparency on the medical director and regional authorisation.

Frequently asked questions
Is the site really compliant with the FNOMCeO guidelines?
Yes, our starting template uses compliant informational communication. In any case, every published text is reviewed together and remains the responsibility of the practice owner: we implement, you sign off on the content.
Do I need a DPO?
It depends on scale: for a single medical practice with occasional processing, an internal appointment is often enough. For outpatient clinics with >10 professionals and thousands of patients it's mandatory. We offer the external DPO module when needed.
Can I publish prices for services?
Yes, but in an informational rather than advertising manner. We work out together how to phrase them (e.g. 'Orthopaedic consultation: €80' is fine, 'Orthopaedic consultation special offer, just €80!!' is not).
