Frequently asked questions
content marketing & copywriting for a events and wedding planners: how long does a project typically take?
It depends on the scale, but for most cases we're talking about 2-4 weeks from sign-off to going live, content included. For complex cases (many languages, integrations with industry software) it can take 6-8 weeks.
Can I start even if I don't have all my content (text, photos) ready?
Yes. We offer copy support and image selection as a separate package, or we proceed with placeholders and swap them in along the way. The important thing is to nail the positioning before the design phase.
Can I update the site on my own after delivery?
Yes. We deliver with a simple editorial panel (organised by content type) and 2 hours of training included. For structural changes (new sections, new templates) we step in.
Does the site comply with events and wedding planners industry regulations?
Yes. For this industry we take into account: GDPR for client data (consent for published images, art. 96 of Law 633/1941). SCIA notification for event activities if a physical premises is opened. If the venue is an accommodation facility: CIN and obligations for accommodation providers. For deposit payments: compliance with the Consumer Code (earnest-money deposit vs. advance payment). Withholding tax if it's a B2B relationship with companies. We always start from compliance, we don't add it afterwards.
Are the articles written by AI or by people?
By human copywriters, briefed on your sector and your brand tone. We use AI tools for support (keyword research, briefs, structure), but the final text is written and edited by people. The technical reason: Google's SpamBrain updates of 2024-2025 and the EEAT guidelines (Expertise, Experience, Authoritativeness, Trust) penalise raw AI-generated content. The practical reason: AI text without editing sounds impersonal and doesn't convert.
How many articles a month does the plan include?
The base plan (€390/month) includes 4 SEO-optimised articles/month of 800-1200 words. The top plan (€1,490/month) includes 8 articles/month plus 1 quarterly pillar page (long-form content of 2,500-4,000 words that becomes a topic hub). Intermediate plans configurable on request. The number of articles is a means, not the end: if you need 6 articles/month but at higher quality, we can recalibrate.
Who publishes the articles on my site?
We do it directly, if you give us editor access to the CMS. We deliver each article already published in staging (draft) with images, meta tags, and schema markup ready; you approve and we publish. If you prefer to publish yourself, we hand you the ready Markdown/Google Doc file. No surcharge either way.
How do you choose the topics?
We start from structured keyword research: competitor analysis (who ranks for your target queries, what gaps they've left), real search volume (Ahrefs/SEMrush on the local database), and search intent (informational, commercial, transactional). We prioritise topics with a favourable volume/difficulty ratio and business relevance. The editorial plan is a shared Google Sheet updated monthly with you.
How long before SEO results show from the content?
The first signals (impressions, long-tail rankings) appear between 2 and 4 months. Consolidated organic traffic between 6 and 12 months. Content marketing is a compounding investment: the first months feel like little, then growth accelerates because each new article inherits the domain authority built by the previous ones. That's why we ask for a minimum 6-month commitment: below that, the data isn't enough to judge.
Is it worth it for B2B with a long sales cycle?
Especially so. B2B content marketing is exactly what you need when the decision cycle runs for months: the decision-maker looks for information in the awareness phase, evaluates in the consideration phase, chooses in the decision phase. Content specific to each phase (educational guides, comparisons, case studies) builds trust across the whole journey. Our B2B clients in consulting, legal, accountancy, and industrial B2B get the strongest benefits from this service.
