If we proceed with the one-off audit at €1,490, it's a closed engagement with no fees. If we proceed with the monthly fee, the minimum commitment is 3 renewable months (not 12), precisely so as not to tie you in if the fit doesn't work. Cancellation with 30 days' notice after the first 3 months.
