Mode B — monthly fee €690-1,990 (initial audit included + monthly data review + roadmap updates + 4-8 hours of consulting/strategy each month). The monthly fee makes sense if you want an ongoing strategic perspective, a kind of fractional digital CMO who works with you every month without you hiring full-time. Recommended minimum commitment of 6 months on the fee to see results on a multi-quarter roadmap.

What's the difference between the one-off audit and the monthly fee?
The one-off audit (€1,490) is a snapshot: we hand you the strategy and roadmap, then it's up to you to execute it with your team or your agencies. It suits you if you already have the execution resources and just need the strategic direction. The monthly fee (€690-1,990) is ongoing support: every month we review the data, adjust priorities, and support operational decisions. It suits you if you want someone sitting beside you strategically over the medium term, a kind of fractional digital CMO.
Do you have a sector you specialise in?
We work very well with Italian SMEs in B2B services (professional firms, consulting, training, industrial B2B), tourism (hotels/B&Bs), and specialist e-commerce (fashion, food, furniture). Less so with large multinational retail or early-stage startups pre-product-market-fit, where different profiles are needed. In the initial discovery call we work out whether we're the right consultants for your case: if we're not, we tell you and suggest alternatives.
Do you work with the agencies/suppliers I already have?
Yes, it's one of the most common situations. We don't come to replace your SEO person or your ads manager: we come to coordinate, bring order, set shared KPIs and clear priorities. Your good suppliers become more effective because they work inside a coherent plan; the ones that aren't working surface from the data and you replace them with full understanding. The relationship with your suppliers improves because there's direction.
What does the strategy document contain?
An objective audit (current presence, traffic, leads, rankings, competitor benchmark), target analysis (who buys, what they search for, where they search), per-channel strategy (SEO, ads, social, email, digital PR: where to invest and how much), a phased 6-12 month roadmap with priorities and budget, KPIs and a monitoring dashboard, and an integrated editorial plan. A 50-80 page PDF plus a shared Looker Studio dashboard. All operational, no motivational slides.
How much budget would I need to implement it?
It varies, and defining it is part of the consulting. Typical ranges for an Italian SME: €1,500-5,000/month of media budget (ads), €1,000-3,000/month of management fees (SEO/ads/social/content), a one-off €5-15k for core assets (website, brand, initial editorial plan). In the strategy plan we tell you a realistic budget per goal, not inflated figures: if your goals require more budget than you have, we tell you before you sign anything.
Can I try you out without a long commitment?
Yes. The initial discovery call is free and lasts 45-60 minutes: we understand what you do, what you're looking for, whether we're aligned. If we proceed with the one-off audit at €1,490, it's a closed engagement with no fees. If we proceed with the monthly fee, the minimum commitment is 3 renewable months (not 12), precisely so as not to tie you in if the fit doesn't work. Cancellation with 30 days' notice after the first 3 months.
