Monthly management fee covering data analysis, heatmap management, A/B test ideation and setup, and monthly reporting. Separately there's a one-off setup fee of €990 covering server-side GA4 implementation via Google Tag Manager, custom event mapping on the funnel, a personalised Looker Studio dashboard, Microsoft Clarity activation, and an audit of your existing tracking. The monthly fee depends on traffic volume and the number of tests/month (2-3 tests on the base plan, 4-6 on the top plan). Recommended minimum commitment of 6 months: compounding CRO results require multiple iterations.

Why server-side GA4 and not client-side like everyone else?
Because client-side you lose a growing share of data: ad-blockers block 20-30% of visitors, the cookie banner refuses all tracking if the user declines, and browser privacy policies (Safari ITP, Brave) limit third-party cookies. Server-side tracking (via Google Tag Manager on Cloud Run or similar) bypasses these blocks while respecting privacy and GDPR: requests originate from your server, not the browser. Result: 95-98% complete data vs 65-75% client-side. It's the difference between flying blind and making decisions.
How much traffic do you need to run A/B tests?
For statistically significant tests you need a minimum number of conversions per variant, not just visitors. Rule of thumb: with at least 5,000 unique visitors/month on the target page and a baseline conversion rate above 2%, you can run reliable tests in 2-4 weeks. Below that threshold, it makes more sense to work on heatmaps and qualitative analysis (Microsoft Clarity, session recording) to spot the obvious problems before even running tests.
What's in the monthly report?
Overall and per-channel conversion rates, top pages by traffic and by conversion, funnel bottlenecks (where users drop off), heatmap insights for the month, results of closed A/B tests (winner or statistical tie), and new tests in the pipeline. The report is a Looker Studio dashboard available 24/7 plus a monthly 30-60 minute call to discuss the numbers and decide the next steps together. No static PDFs.
Is Microsoft Clarity really free?
Yes, Microsoft Clarity is free with no traffic limits and no hidden surcharges. Microsoft offers it for free because it uses aggregated data for its AI products, in a GDPR-compliant way. For Italian SMEs it's the best choice in 90% of cases: heatmaps, session recording, dashboard. We only recommend Hotjar when you need more advanced features (built-in surveys, complex custom funnels) and the budget justifies it (€39-389/month).
How much does my conversion rate actually grow?
Realistic range for an Italian SME: +20-40% conversion rate in the first 6-9 months, on baseline rates between 1% and 3%. It's not linear: some tests deliver +15%, others are flat, others come in at -5% and get discarded. The value isn't 'the big idea that doubles everything', it's the discipline of iterating. Promising +200% on the conversion rate is often a sign of someone selling hot air: the reality is progressive gains that compound.
Do you only work with Google Analytics?
GA4 is the default because it's free, integrated with Google Ads and Search Console, and has the richest ecosystem. But for larger clients or those with strong privacy needs (healthcare, fintech) we also work with Plausible, Matomo, PostHog. The choice depends on regulatory constraints, integration with other tools, and budget. In the initial discovery we assess what makes sense for your case and tell you plainly.
