One-off setup from €1,490 (standard chatbot with curated system prompt, widget integration on your site, 1 CRM or email integration) up to €4,990 (enterprise version with RAG on your company knowledge base, multi-language, multiple integrations, custom conversation dashboard). On top of that there's a monthly management and infrastructure fee from €79 (up to 5,000 conversations/month) to €290 (up to 50,000 conversations/month): it covers hosting, monitoring, system prompt updates, and API token costs within the stated cap. Beyond the cap, transparent per-token cost. Setup takes 5-10 days once you've provided the content to train the bot on.

Frequently asked questions

Does the chatbot make up answers (AI hallucinations)?

The risk exists, but we mitigate it with a binding system prompt that instructs the model to answer only on the content provided, to admit when it doesn't know, and to hand the conversation to a human in sensitive cases (prices not in the list, legal/medical advice, contractual commitments). In the advanced setup (RAG), the bot consults your knowledge base in real time and cites its sources, reducing hallucinations on company data to nearly zero.

What does it really cost in tokens?

An average conversation (5-10 turns) costs roughly €0.01-0.03 in API tokens with Claude Sonnet. At 5,000 conversations/month that's €50-150 in API costs. The monthly fee (€79-290) covers these costs within the stated cap plus the infrastructure. Beyond the cap, the cost is transparent: we show you the real usage and you pay that. No hidden markup.

Can I integrate it with my CRM?

Yes. The fastest native integrations are Odoo (via JSON-RPC), HubSpot, and Pipedrive. If you use a different CRM, we assess whether the integration goes through native APIs or generic webhooks (Make, Zapier). When the chatbot qualifies a hot lead, it creates a contact record directly in the CRM with name, email, sector, the needs it gathered, and the conversation transcript, ready for the sales rep.

Can it be trained on my company documents?

Yes, that's the enterprise version with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation). We load brochures, datasheets, FAQs, manuals, and price lists into a vector database (Pinecone or Postgres pgvector), and the chatbot consults the documents in real time to answer. The advantage: instant updates (change a PDF and the bot knows immediately). Extra cost: the RAG setup is included in the top package at €4,990.

What happens if the Anthropic/OpenAI API is down?

We always build a fallback: if the main API doesn't respond within 5 seconds, the widget shows a message along the lines of 'Our assistant isn't available right now, leave us your email and we'll reply within 24h' with a mini-form. No errors in the user's face, no lost conversions. API reliability has historically measured above 99.8% for Claude and above 99.5% for OpenAI.

Is conversation data secure (GDPR)?

Yes. Anthropic and OpenAI are both GDPR-compliant as sub-processors. Conversations are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, kept for a maximum of 90 days on our database and then anonymised or deleted. The consent banner before the first interaction tells the user that data passes through Anthropic/OpenAI and links to the privacy policy. The bot requests no health or payment data.
