A monthly management fee covering the editorial plan, copywriting, newsletter sends and automation management. Separately, there is a one-off initial setup of €590 that includes a list audit, sender authentication configuration, template design and activation of 3-5 core automation flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, re-engagement, birthday). The fee depends on the number of monthly sends, the complexity of the segmentation and the number of active automations. A minimum commitment of 6 months is recommended to consolidate the data. The cost of the email platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) is separate and paid directly by you.

Which email platform do you recommend?

It depends on the case. For e-commerce with advanced automation and heavy behaviour-based segmentation we recommend Klaviyo. For general SMEs with good value for money, Brevo or MailerLite. For those starting from Mailchimp with an already-clean list, we assess whether it makes sense to stay or migrate. ActiveCampaign when you need a marketing+CRM mix. We choose after the audit, not before: it depends on volumes, the automations needed, and the platform budget.

How many emails per month are included?

The base plan (€290/month) includes 2 monthly newsletter sends plus management of the active automations. The top plan (€890/month) includes 4-6 monthly sends plus advanced automations, A/B testing on every campaign and multiple segmentations. The cost of the email platform (based on the number of contacts) is paid directly by you, so you have full transparency and no markup.

My emails end up in spam — can you fix it?

Yes, it's one of the most common problems we see. The causes are almost always technical: SPF, DKIM and DMARC not set up or set up badly, a new sender domain with no warm-up, a list that was never cleaned with high bounce rates. The initial setup includes a full diagnosis (deliverability testing with mail-tester.com and GlockApps), correct DNS configuration on your domain and a warm-up procedure if needed. In 4-6 weeks, inbox deliverability improves measurably.

What is an email automation and what does it solve?

It's a sequence of emails sent automatically based on a contact's action: someone who subscribes receives the welcome, someone who abandons their cart receives a reminder, someone who buys receives a review request after 14 days. They work 24/7 with no manual intervention. On a well-set-up e-commerce store, automations account for 30-40% of email revenue — never underestimate them.

What does the monthly report contain?

Can I export my list if I leave?
